Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Keeping an office organized and humming is crucial for an early stage start up. We are seeking an intelligent, driven, and organized individual with a high attention to detail to support our accounting and administrative tasks. For the accounting work, you'll support our part-time CFO and our company overall by handling accounts payable, accounts receivable (customer billing, cash application, following up with customers), calculating sales commissions, recording bank transactions, payroll and other journal entries, month-end account reconciliations, and performing other general accounting functions. For the office management work, you’ll help us with travel scheduling, planning company events (internal and external), ordering supplies, supporting the CEO and COO with other administrative tasks as needed, and generally helping us keep the office running smoothly!
