Jaimie brings to Inbox Health twenty-five years of experience in hospital and physician revenue cycle management. With a passion for building strong strategic client relationships, Jaimie leads the high performing Customer Success team at Inbox Health.

Prior to joining Inbox Health, Jaimie led client success teams at multiple revenue cycle management companies, including at Vitalware, where she owned the relationship for the full suite of mid-revenue cycle technology solutions. Jaimie’s earlier roles include Director of Enterprise Client Development at athenahealth, and Vice President of Client Services for MedAssets (now nThrive). Jaimie holds Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
